Our Farm
Heritage Regenerative Farms is a family-owned, 12th generation farm to table business that was established in 2023. Focusing on beef, poultry, and pork, our mission is to create the best meat possible and to create a new standard of farming. We take pride in raising our cattle on pasture and offer our customers hormone-free, grass-finished products. Our cattle are fed a mostly grain diet (grass upon request) and raised in chemical free conditions. We offer prime USDA steaks, as well as whole cow custom cut options. Come and experience a new standard of quality and taste at Heritage Regenerative Farms. We believe the humane treatment of animals translates into the quality of our food. That is why we have started raising our own cattle as Gilchrist Cattle & Bison Company and pork and poultry at Chicken Bacon Ranch. Offering a commitment to health and sustainability, we are proud to be setting the bar for Regenerative Farming.
We are also passionate about connecting communities with local farmers and providing healthy, sustainable food options to our customers. Our commitment to quality and freshness is unmatched, and we are proud to deliver the best in locally-sourced food to our customers.

Gilchrist Cattle & Bison Company
We feel that the Lord continues to open doors for this farm, and are grateful for the opportunity to own this piece of land.
Since 2017 we have worked to clean up our property and bring it back to the condition required to raise quality beef cattle. We sold our first property in April 2019 and have expand our current location of 100 acres in Trenton, Florida. Today customers have the option to purchase a box (per our original business plan), or a few steaks at a time... or even a whole animal!
Our 'herd' continues to expand at the farm by both four...and two legs! We welcomed our second grandson in October 2020 and are expecting #3 in July 2023. It has been a joy to watch them grow up at GCBC and we're excited to watch them grown with the farm. Our family joins us often at the property often for cook outs or to check on our cattle in the pasture, and of course greeting customers at the barn for order pick ups! Chicken Bacon Ranch
At Chicken Bacon Ranch, we are a family-owned business that is dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest and most delicious ingredients. Our farm-fresh pasture raised broiler chickens are cage-free and are harvested every two weeks for our customers. We also offer Berkshire pork that is cut to order.
We are proud to offer only the highest quality Berkshire pork, which comes from healthy, happy pigs that are raised in the most natural environment possible.
We offer custom cut, half pork, or whole pork, and our BBQ piglets are available upon order. Plus, all of our dishes are cooked to perfection and served fresh. Whether you’re dining in or picking up takeout, you’ll be sure to enjoy the delicious flavors of Chicken Bacon Ranch.
